6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Practices are held at Highland High School in the Wrestling Room

General Information

Wrestlers will be trained in Folkstyle, and Freestyle by experienced coaches with proven track records of success. We expect kids to show up on time, follow instructions, work hard, and have fun learning how to wrestle and compete at an elite level.

Wrestlers should wear appropriate athletic clothing to practice, such as wrestling shoes,

t-shirts, shorts, etc
